MODULE 1

Approaches to the treatment of HIV/AIDS and related co-infections: HCV and TB

 

Module 1 aims to expand participants' knowledge of HIV and related co-infections and highlight benefits and drawbacks of current prevention strategies and available treatments.

MODULE 4

HIV/AIDS treatment advocacy in Europe and Central Asia: Management, research and ethics

 

Module 4 has been designed to focus on HIV/AIDS treatment advocacy and different approaches to prevention and management. Topics for Module 4 also included a review of HIV and pregnancy, as well as insights into the psychological, psychosocial and sociological issues associated with HIV.

MODULE 5

HIV and long-term health: theory, concepts and data behind HIV and ageing, testing and the cure

 

Module 5 provides an opportunity for participants to put some of the key learnings to use, going beyond the core topics of HIV and exploring some of the more complex issues and debates associated with HIV and ageing, testing, clinical trial results and HIV cure.
