The STEP-UP programme is designed for people living with HIV/AIDS, their health care providers, civil society representatives and other professionals who work in the field of advocating for the universal access to HIV/AIDS treatment, care and prevention. We expect the trainees to come equipped with a fairly good understanding of HIV transmission, HIV treatment and HIV prevention and related co-infections and to have an aspiration to go in depth and increase their knowledge and capacity on the topics addressed by the programme. Trainings will be held in both, Russian and English. Participants need to be fluent in either English or Russian.
The programme consists of five modules that will run across five weekends in 2018 and 2019; starting in June 2018 and finishing in February/March 2019. The programme also includes the participation of the trainees at the Global Village of the 22nd International AIDS Conference in Amsterdam from 23 – 27 July 2018.

Module 4 Warsaw, Poland 17 – 20 January 2019
Module 5 Brussels, Belgium 28 February – 03 March 2019
All costs related to travel, accommodation and food will be covered by EATG.
